MD Inspect Plus answers the main phone number (514-318-8067) from 8:30AM to 9:00PM, Monday to Friday and from 10AM to 6PM on the weekends and holidays.  The phone might be answered outside of these hours however if you leave a message somebody will get back to you ASAP.

If the phone is not answered during office house, it could be that our inspectors are busy inspecting and out of respect for our client, the call will go to voicemail.  If it's urgent, call back immediately and the inspector will answer if possible.

To get a quote for an inspection, you will need to provide some basic information.  The reason we ask for this information is to quote you a fair price for your inspection.

Our pricing for inspections is competitive with other companies in the Montreal area.  We will match any competitor's price as long as they are part of ASHI, CAPHI, AIBQ or trying to get their National Certification

We offer our inspection services 7 days a week.  Most inspectors require 24 or 48 hours advance notice however, if you really need an inspection the next day, give us a call since there might be something we can do to help you. In the summer time, we can even perform inspections in the evening as long as the inspector has about an hour of sunlight to be able to do the roof and the outside before it gets dark.  We don't charge extra for doing inspections on weekends or holidays like some companies do.

Your inspector is going want to see the Vendor Declaration form that should have been completed by the Seller (form provided by the Seller's agent).  OAICQ (formerly ACAIQ) recommends that ALL OF THEIR MEMBERS USE THE FORM however it is an optional form, not a required form.  If you did not receive a Vendor's Declaration, ask your agent and if one is not available, the inspector will have a form for the seller to complete.
